Cancellation Policy
Safe and clear rules for cancellations and charges. Unless stated otherwise on the product, the following timelines apply.
General Rule
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service start time.
- Within 24 hours: booking becomes non‑refundable.
- No‑show (guest does not arrive): 100% charge.
Product‑specific Rules
- Hotels: free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to check‑in. Within 72 hours, one night or supplier penalty (whichever is higher) applies. No‑show: 100% of first night or as per rate plan.
- Taxi/Transfers: free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to pickup. Within 48 hours: 100% of one‑way fare.
- Activities/Tours (Instant or Timed): follow the General Rule unless the ticket is non‑refundable by the venue. Date changes are subject to availability and price difference.
Cancellation Charges
- Supplier penalty (as per above timelines) plus our service fee for processing the cancellation.
- Bank/Payment gateway fees are non‑refundable once charged.
- Refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method or B2B wallet within 7–10 business days.
How to Cancel
- Open the booking in your dashboard and click Cancel, or email support@bookmythai.com.
- We will confirm the applicable penalty before actioning.
- Amendments (date/time/name changes) are treated as new requests and may attract charges.
Note: Some special rates and peak‑season services are strictly non‑refundable. Always check the specific product conditions at the time of booking.
